Telemedicine Medication Refill

Need a Telehealth Medication Refill? We’ve got you covered!

At Coastal IV Therapy and Urgent Care we believe that getting your refill should be quick and easy. All it takes is booking a telehealth visit online for $99. You will then have an online appointment with a nurse practitioner who will request a month’s supply of your medication.
Want to speed up the process? Have your old prescription bottles or documentation of the medications that you are on with you and help us get your refill quicker!

*Coastal IV Therapy and Urgent Care is unable to refill controlled substances at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience. *We do not accept insurance at this time and all fees are paid upfront.

*If booking for more than one person, please let us know how many people total, on the Reason for Visit form at booking.*

Cancellation Policy:
Your card will not be charged until after your visit; however, we have a cancellation policy of 24 hours. You will be charged for your appointment if you cancel after 24 hours of your appointment time, except for emergencies.

We do not want missed appointment fees to impede your care, so we ask that you try and abide by the cancellation policy.
