I’m Amanda Harrington, owner of Coastal IV Therapy and Urgent Care. I started my career in healthcare as a corpsman in the Navy over 18 years ago. I then worked as an emergency room nurse for ten years before becoming a nurse practitioner. I found my passion for becoming a nurse practitioner while attached to a Marine Corps unit deployed to Iraq. Over the years, I have seen healthcare decline, with clinics focused more on how many patients they see rather than the quality of care they provide.
